Orovwiroro O. Godwin (Dr) is the Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer of Winman Nigeria Limited. Prior to his new assignment, he held several positions including the position of Regional Head, at the Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company. He is a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants and a Certified Management Consultant in over 50 countries including the US, UK & Australia.
He is also a visiting lecturer to the University of Port-Harcourt Business School and Garden City Premier Business School Port Harcourt where he teaches Masters/DBA/Ph.D students on the subject of strategic leadership and project management. He is combining industry and academic experiences to lead a team of other accomplished professionals to deliver quality and expertise to the esteemed clients of the Company.
Engr. Festus Ediae is the C.E.O/ Managing Director of Ace International Training Center. His company is presently in partnership with Winman Nigeria Limited. He obtained a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering at Mississippi State University, USA in 1984 and a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering at University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
He has over five (5) years of experience in the Manufacturing industry and twenty-two (22) years in the Oil & Gas industry. He was a staff of Total Exploration & Production Nigeria Limited for twenty-two (22) years in which he served in various capacities. First, he worked as a Safety/ Environmental engineer for four (4) years before becoming the Head of Stock Control/ Shipping (Materials management) for fourteen (14) years, Technical Logistics Manager for two (2) years and lastly as Interface Manager for Joint venture partners (NNPC, NIMASA, NPA, and other IOCs) for six (6) years.
Joseph Aikowe (Engr.) was General Manager Commercial at Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company before he disengaged and went into private practice. He is a registered engineer with the Nigerian Society of Engineers and also holds an MBA degree in Business Management
With over 15 years of experience at top management level handling people, leadership and change management issues, and more than 25 years of work experience, he has achieved organizational transformation in different assignments leading to increased revenue generation and cost savings. His industry experience cuts across sustaining business growth and continuity, innovative sales strategy, marketing and public relations. He is a member of National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN)
Ilesanmi Olutope Bamidele graduated from the University of Lagos with B.Sc. degree in Finance. He later proceeded to Bayero University, Kano where he bagged MBA in Management. He also holds an M.Sc. degree in Finance from the University of Port Harcourt.
He is an Associate Member of National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria and Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. His experience cut across Accounting, Finance, Software Development and Human Capital Development/Training. With almost 3 decades in Insurance, Marketing and Underwriting. He has achieved remarkable milestones in these disciplines where he has distinguished himself as an astute professional. He is a life coach and a change manager, who in record time successfully led the management of various business startups.
Christopher Nweke Obokoh, has a B.Sc. in Sociology from the University of Jos, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Abuja and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration (MPA) from the National Open University of Nigeria.
He is a registered member of the following professional bodies; Associate member Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), Fellow, Chartered Institute of Administration, Associate Member, Chartered Project Manager (CPM) Institute of Nigeria and Fellow, West African Society for Communication and Administration, (WASCA). He was a Principal Human Resources Manager with core focus on Human Capital Development, Strategic Planning and Change Management.
Omusuo Wilson Irigha (Engr) is a professional Engineer who enjoys working in challenging environments where efficiency and quality will be showcased. He is a seasoned electrical engineer with vast experience in planning and construction of electricity projects.
He has served in various capacities as Business Development Manager, Service Manager and has managed various teams saddled with the responsibility of design, construction and operation of several electricity distribution lines, substations and transmission lines.
Dr. Okoisama, Thomas Chinye obtained a B.Sc. in Industrial Mathematics with a second-class upper division from the University of Benin. He holds a PGDM, MBA, M.Sc. (with a CGPA of 5.0 on a scale of 5.0) and Doctor of Business Administration in Management, from the University of Port Harcourt. Dr. Okoisama is a seasoned financial expert with 18-years top-notch experience across several Banks, covering corporate, commercial and retail portfolios. He was a Divisional Head covering business strategy, change management, business analysis and team management in the financial sector.
Dr. Okoisama is a Member of The Academy of Management Nigeria (MAMN), a Fellow of The Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC), a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) in over 50 countries including US, UK & Australia and a Certified Management Specialist (CMS) of the London Graduate School, UK. He is highly analytical and has written several articles in various peer-reviewed national and international journals. Dr. Okoisama is a facilitator at the Garden City Premier Business School, Port Harcourt, where he anchors courses such as research methodology, entrepreneurship, project financing, social media analytics, procurement analytics and management information systems, for masters and doctoral students.
